About the Role:

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 1–2 years of experience for its Cloud & Infrastructure Services division in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about platform development and IT service management to contribute to digital transformation journeys for global clients.

This role involves the full spectrum of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and development, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor the configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure and develop features across modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Management, CMDB, Reporting, etc.
  • Write and manage advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, REST APIs, ACLs, etc.)
  • Perform integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Hands-on work on Service Portal and Performance Analytics
  • Design and modify workflows using Flow Designer
  • Troubleshoot issues, support users, and document solutions and processes
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions
  • Support solution documentation, requirements gathering, and process mapping
  • Explore alternative solutions and conduct POCs as needed
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver quality services

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent degree in a relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in implementation roles
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Change Management and tools like SNOW (ServiceNow)
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and additional modules like HAMPro, SAMPro
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
